Why I can not edit mask like in PS? I would like to paste mask from something I have painted. In PM I can not do this. I cant even operate on mask like in PS. Acorn can do it. There is no such thing in PS. But how do you guys draw without being able to lock a layer?

Neville Dastur. Why the hell would you HIDE this feature. It should be right up there clear and simple in something like the view menu. Also the shortcut you have chosen conflicts with snipping on Evernote. And Evernote is a fairly popular app.

Printing made easy!!! Since the trial period has expired ages ago, there was no other option but to buy it to have a look. It is impossible to import a vector shape. It is impossible to export a vector shape. Same only option — a rasterized PDF. Can anyone please tell me, what am I supposed to do with it? Oh, come on. So please stop fooling people and start calling things their names.

Quick Links What's new? Pixelmator Pro basics. Fri Oct 25, am I think what would make many people happy is if the Vectormator function inside Pixelmator came out and became it's own application. The problem is that programs like iDraw have a terrible user experience, Sketch 2 is buggy, Inkscape is out of place on a mac and Illustrator is, well, Adobe. We all love Pixelmator not because it has the absolute perfect feature set, we love it because of it's user experience.
I think if the team could develop an Illustrator competitor in parallel with Pixelmator it would be wildly successful. It's a better format for going into Maya or other 3d modeling apps. I vote for SVG support too. It's nice to be able to create vector graphics with pixelmator, but not being able to export them is a no go.

I have tried it with various images and always the same. If you full size the window the whole thing freezes and does not unfreeze unless you close the app.
This has been ongoing for months. I have no other apps open when this occurs. When I restart the app it looks promising but then it returns to a very sluggish experience. I have the latest version v1. Total waste of money and my time. Such a shame.
